Windows Of The World, Shenzhen, China

Besides enjoying ice creams in Shenzhen, we managed to visit the famous Windows Of The World.

We stayed in Louhu so we took the metro which only cost RMB5 from Guomao Station all the way to Shijiezhichuang Station. Once you get of the metro...you'll be greeted by the Eiffel Tower.

It was so sunny that day at Windows Of The World. How is it possible to be cold and sunny at the same time 0_o

At the Japanese garden...filled with fake Sakura tree =(

You can even visit traditional Japanese houses but first you gotta understand what the notice is trying to tell you =P

For RMB5, you'll get a packet of food to feed the carps...word of advise...they'll never get full!

Having our cool 3D glasses on for a show. I think it's called Underwater Exploration or something like that. Beware as your chair will shake and you get sprayed with water(hopefully it's clean)...oh...and also tickled by rats 0_o (yes..I screamed)

Visited some Egyptian ruins.

I found an admire who can't wait to give me a kiss...I obliged =P

Sat on a camel. It wasn't easy...Eric had to sit on the camel's hump. I bet it hurts =P

Mini Paris Triumphal Arch. The real one is many many times bigger according to Eric. After Googling it up...I agree. I want to see the real one now.

If you're planning to visit Windows Of The World, you have to be prepared for loads of walking. Of course you can rent a motorized scooter but that's gonna cost of a bit of money.

There are so many structures to visit and some are quite disappointing(very fake tulips in Holland) and some are totally beautiful(Taj Mahal).

Nope...no Petronas Twin Towers there. That was the first thing Mum asked me to find actually. So patriotic =)

All in all, it's quite a boring place...unless you're really interested in such miniatures. They could really improve on the place if they want to attract more tourist...such as proof read their sign boards, have more guards on duty to stop people from spitting and last but not least...have proper restaurants.

Yes...food is very important to us =D

Cold Stone Ice Cream in Winter

It was cold in Shenzhen when we came across Cold Stone. I seriously can't resist ice cream even though it's winter time.

I was freezing my ass off walking around the streets but crazily enough...I still wanted ice cream. Yup...I'm nuts alright.

Eric and Mum was as crazy as me coz they followed me into the cosy little ice cream parlour too =P

The menu have a sense of humour too! There's Strawberry Banana Rendezvous, Chocolate Devotion, Banana Split Decision and a Hunka Chunka Burnin' Fudge =P

Every one of the flavours look so yummilicious...so hard to decide which to have...

I think this place is called Cold Stone coz they mix the ice cream on a piece of cold stone ;P

Walla...after some mixing...behold Chocolate Devotion which is made out of chocolate ice cream, brownie, chocolate chips and fudge.

Super creamy and yummy...Maybe it should be called Chocolate Overload instead =D

I was happily licking my ice cream when one of the employees said she wanted to play a game with us. It's Stone, Paper & Scissors using cute props. Eric went first and won =D

Then it's my turn. Have to concentrate...hard...

And I won too!

I regret not buying a set of these Stone, Paper & Scissors toys...sigh...can even use it to tickle Eric when he's sleeping or punch him when I'm mad

For winning the game...we get some vouchers as our prize. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use them =(

Not sure if there's a Cold Stone in Zhuhai as the China Cold Stone website is in Chinese =(

Gotta get someone to check it out for me as I'm craving for it already.

I think Cold Stone should come to KL. If people love their ice cream in winter...I'm sure they will love it even more in hot hot KL.

I want some Stone Cold now =(

Zhuhai - Shopping & Eating Pt.2

In any Chinese community...and this is China, the most popular breakfast would be "dim sum" so that's what we had. This restaurant is located just a short walk from our hotel.

The restaurant looks pretty rundown on the outside but the food ain't too bad.

Everyone liked the porridge

1st time I ate "chee cheong fun" that has corn in it 0_o

Our time in Zhuhai was mostly spent on roaming around and doing lots of shopping. We all even visited a hair salon for more pampering.

I got my hair wash, cut and blow-dry for only RMB35. They even throw in a mini shoulder massage after the wash!

Ooohhh...and the hairstylist that cut my hair kept me in good spirits by constantly reminding me of how beautiful I am ;P

Man...they really know how to keep their customers happy!

Before leaving Zhuhai, we went for a seafood dinner. The restaurant seemed to be really famous as it was packed. If I'm not mistaken, the restaurant's name is Xin Haili or something like that lar.

Vege in soup again. I guess people in Zhuhai likes their vege cooked this style. The raw egg in the vege in weird though.

After stuffing myself with food...I took a walk to see the live seafood on display outside.

Luckily no tortoise, snakes or crocodile made it to our table. Seafood is cheap in Zhuhai...but now I'm wondering if I should get my cholesterol level checked 0_o

After dinner...got to pamper ourselves one last time. So off we went for a foot massage.

This spa and massage place is HUGE. Hundreds of rooms inside for ultimate privacy when you're getting rubbed and kneaded.

We got a room for our massage and it comes with a tv for entertainment.

First...my feet is put into a tub to be "steamed"

After "steaming" comes the "soaking"...with some weird white stuffs in the water. Then my legs are scrubbed before being massage.

After a relaxing massaged...suddenly super duper hot steaming towels were wrapped around my legs. It's too hot for words.

Once the towels were taken off...lotion came on. Needless to say...I left Zhuhai with smooth relaxed legs =D
